This place is good customer service, the room service is very clean and polite. There are so many different restaurants around.
Simple motel. Room was clean. Location perfect for easy access to everything. Nothing fancy but a nice little motel smoking room was much appreciated and seldom offered!
The place was decent enough at the price range. We stayed here twice during our visits to Chicago and both the times, our stay was hassle free. There is adequate parking available and the place is not too far from Chicago downtown. Expect a few inconveniences that come at this price range. Would recommend this place for short trips, especially if single or just a couple.
Property owner is awesome. Help to rectify a very complicated situation. I mean the man got out of bed and drove here. I've never experienced customer service on such a boss level. Thanks to the front desk manager and the owner. Writing this on 10-20 @10:12
I stayed here after my mother passed to get some time to process. They were good to me. Allowing me to check out late with kindness and understanding. They really are good people. Respect yourself and respect them and you will have a great experience.
Nice inexpensive motel. Old building that has been updated. The rooms were nice and clean. The rooms were spacious with decent onsite parking. While in an older part of town, it was close to several nice restaurants and points of interest. Had some road noise, but overall I will definitely be staying here again.
This is an inexpensive road motel. It is not a luxury hotel. It was mostly clean, no bed bugs, relatively quiet and nothing was stolen. The hot water was hot, the A/C works and it’s loud, WiFi was free, they have an ice maker, there is even a pretty big refrigerator and a small microwave in the room. It’s important to understand that a place like this can keep the price low by offering minimal service. If you’re going to the Galloping Ghost across the street this makes a fantastic home base.
Good place to stay everything in walking distance like Starbucks is mile away n Dunkin’ Donuts just a block down , place still has it old charm n owners r really nice people trying to make best of it .
